Refunds & Replacements:
We exclusively offer replacements for orders that are inaccurate or deviate from the specified order details. Regrettably, we do not provide refunds for products.
Considering the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Should you receive an incorrect item, kindly email a picture of the discrepancy to tasharenee@yourbeautifulskinnectar.com, and the correct item will be dispatched within 3 business days.
We only replace orders that are inaccurate or were not made correctly to the order details. We do not offer refunds for products. Due to our orders being handmade upon order, no returns or refunds will be allowed.
If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to tasharenee@yourbeautifulskinnectar.com and the item will be sent within 3 business days.
Damaged Products:
In the event of receiving a damaged item, please promptly email tasharenee@yourbeautifulskinnectar.com with your name, order/invoice number, and images illustrating the damages. Replacements are dispatched every Friday.
