Shipping Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and order processing times.
Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight of your order, the shipping method selected and your delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Upon receiving your order, if it is damaged or something is missing you have 7 business days to report it to our team so that we can better assist you.

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Address Changes
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email
Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.

International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.
We are not held responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.
